Your order was fulfilled 12/3 and shipped via requested usps postage mail service which does not have tracking which is why it shows as fulfilled only. By the sound of it, it was lost by usps but no worries I'll create a new order and send it out. It's a good thing I read my reviews because you haven't emailed or Dmed about your shipping issue. It's hard to know about an issue without communication.
