Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@workingfireco.com. If your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return shipping may be covered by us.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Custom or personalized products

- Personal care goods (such as soaps)

-  Gift cards

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 Items bought during a Sale will have a SALE and/or a percentage off next to the item to show which items fall under the "Sale" category.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email support@workingfireco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back for exchange, as well as shipping costs for the replacement item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item (such as a new size) will be shipped out. Exchanges sent to the wrong address will be charge a vendor restock fee of 25% with the reshipment costs.
